After version 9.0.1, I have a shipping fee calculation problem. The formula I entered in the shipping settings does not work. Floor trillion numbers come out. The formula I entered in shipping methods is as follows 90+[fee percent=”2.5″ max_fee=”2000″] sample product 850? with this formula the result is 1.770.833.333.333.415,00?
I request that the problem with the last update be resolved urgently.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @onlinesatis

Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

Shipping fee calculation problem after version 9.0.1

As I understand, the shipping fee calculations display odd numbers on the front-end after updating plugin(s) at your site.

Could you please also provide us with full-screen screenshots of the back end screen(s), where the shipping calculation formula is entered, so that we can see what you are describing?

Moreover, to get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status, as exemplified here?

Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here or into our https://quickforget.com/ service and send that secret link here.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I have the same problem. The problem occurs with odd percentages. If I use percentage numbers equal, the problem disappears.
The soluction: [fee percent=”2″] or [fee percent=”4″] not [fee percent=”2.5″] or [fee percent=”3″]

    Hi @onlinesatis @giorip89 @anastas10s ,

I had the same issue, took me about 2 hours to debug.

The problem was introduced by a last minute fix in the latest release.

    https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/46857

Basically the Thousand separator is replaced in the shipping fee calculation. But for most people the thousand separator is a . which could also be the decimal separator in numbers.

    Workaround

Remove the Thousand separator from your woocommerce settings and all should be fine again.

It can be found in Woocommerce =>Settings => General

Still hope that is going to be fixed!! I tried to make you aware of this on github (https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/46857#issuecomment-2182711977)

    Cheers, Paul

    @paulschiretz

    Hi @onlinesatis

The team is already aware of this issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/46857

At the time being, we can’t give you an estimate for when the team will look into or fix the issue, as bug reports are prioritized based on a few criteria. Please subscribe to the GitHub issue if you’d like to receive updates.

Meanwhile, as explained on our developer blog here, please set your thousands input to , and the decimal input to . . Or, conversely, if you typically use a . in your thousands input – make sure your decimal input is then a , .

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this provides some clarity. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
