I built a very simple site for a client with a block theme (created with Create Block Theme). And everything worked fine with FilterEverything. But since a recent update, dropdowns no longer work. Nothing happens, the page is reloaded without any parameter passed to the page (with or without Ajax, no variable in get).
I haven’t touched this site since it was up and running, so this malfunction is due to an update, but where does the problem come from?
I tried disabling all the other plugins, deactivating select2, and anything else that might interfere with FilterEverything… I don’t have a cache (neither in the plugin, nor on the server).

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @antibo

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

Here is what you can do, go to this page – https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/filter-everything/advanced/ and at the bottom of the page you can choose the needed version and download it, then downgrate the version of the plugin on your site in order to check everything.

The issue can be connected either to third-party plugins, theme code, or custom code. Also, to the templates overriding.

Hello, yes, everything works with 1.8.2 !

I tried to buy the pro version to see if it fixed the problem and alas, it doesn’t work either.
Only downgrading to version 1.8.2 fixes the problem.
Are you going to fix this problem in the current version?
How can I get a refund for the pro version I bought to test?

    Hi @antibo

For all questions connected to the PRO version please follow this guide – https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/filter-everything/

So we can provide the PRO version support on it, and check the issue more deeply as we tested it on default themes and premiu ones as well, and it is working as it should.

ok but your free plugin works with the 1.8.2 version but not with the latest.

Are you planning to do anything?

    Hi @antibo

As we mentioned earlier we cannot recreate this issue with the default themes or the premium ones on our end (this issue is simply not appearing). Here, it is not allowed by the forum guidelines to share credentials in order to check it all at the place.

The only way to check it with the PRO support and understand why it is working like that for your case.

    Best Regards – Victor
