I created a navigation menu in container by using elementor. I arranged the Woocommerce product category vertically. I also created a category list in another container using the category grid element. However, when I click on the categories, the home page screen does not change even though the category link addresses appear in the navigation bar.

When I create a link by typing text anywhere and click on it, the link address appears in the navigation bar, but the home page does not change.

Thank you very much to the friend who will save me from this terrible situation.

Only product category links do not open. I can give links to different pages on the page.

    Hi @atlantis1525,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I understand you have problems with the product category links.

As a reference, check how Create a mega menu

Permalinks can affect your layout or stylesheet. Go to?WP Admin>Settings>Permalinks?and set permalinks to?Plain.?Reference – URL change disrupts Elementor functioning, Customize permalinks

If that does not solve the issue:

Deactivate all of your plugins except Elementor. If this solves the problem, gradually activate each plugin until you spot the problematic one.

    – Temporarily switch your WordPress theme to Hello Elementor (or another default WordPress theme) and see if it solves your error.

I hope this information helped you.
