2-factor Authentication Code Not working (email option)

Hello!
I have set 2FA and it working great, both option, mobile app and email. However, after I modified the login URL (which is working ok as well), I can only use mobile app authentication code option. If I try to use the email back-up method, I don′t recieve the email as before. I have checked spam, trash and so on to make sure email didn′t reach my inbox.
Any suggestions? Is there a setting am I missing?
