WordPress site Home page not working with error

  • My site has an issue with the following error:

    I found out, this is happening only when I do active the WPBakery Page Builder, my theme is pearl and I don’t know why the issue is happening.

    As both your Pearl theme and the WPBakery plugin are commercial products, we’re unfortunately unable to install these addons and help you troubleshoot this.

    Please get in touch with the WP Bakery plugins’ vendor for help. If your copy of this plugin came with your theme, you may have to contact your theme’s vendor instead. They built and sold these products, and they should be in the best position to help you fix issues with the products you purchased from them.
