    Hello, I have 3 points to resolve:

    1. I have created subscriptions, the problem is that when the client cancels the subscription the administrator is not immediately notified, it is notified only when the subscription has expired, this happens whether the subscription is configured with immediate termination or at the end of the period (this does not It must be like this, I currently use the Yith plugin on another site and it notifies the administrator as soon as a unsubscription is made).
    2. I use LocoTranslate to translate SureCart, but not everything is translated, for example in the product paragraphs such as: Total Due Today – Pricing – or the thank you window after the purchase, among others, are not translated.
    3. I would like to know the costs regarding

      Specifically, the Paypal example shows a 20% tax, in my case my products do not have tax, I don’t know if the tax shown is an example or if the tax is always charged.

    1. To receive cancellation notifications, log into your account at app.surecart.com, go to your profile, and adjust the notifications. Here’s a screenshot for reference: https://app.screencast.com/sVgaf7ugt58Mf.
    2. The strings you mentioned that cannot be translated with Loco Translate can be translated directly from the Checkout page. Navigate to your WordPress website, then go to SureCart > Checkout.     3. SureCart itself does not charge any fees for processing e-commerce transactions on its paid plans. The fees you see are from the payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, or Mollie, which charge a standard fee for their services. These fees are necessary to cover operational costs such as payment processing, security, and fraud prevention.

    Processor Fees: Each payment processor (e.g., PayPal, Stripe) charges its own fees. For instance, PayPal’s fees typically include a percentage of the transaction amount plus a fixed fee per transaction. These fees vary by processor and the type of transaction.

    SureCart Free Plan: SureCart does charge a fee for transactions processed through its free plan. Specifically, a 2% fee is applied to transactions on the free plan in addition to the payment processor’s fees. This charge helps support the free version of SureCart.
