    I have a strange problem with order status:
    Order status changed from Delivered to Shipped.

    After somedays of delivered, order automatically change to shipped and resend email to customer “your order have been shipped” with invoice.

    What can case this problem ?

    I have ‘Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce‘ and ‘TrackShip for WooCommerce

    Trackship said their plugin only change status from shipped to delivered.

    Hello @mdahamshi The issue lies with one of those apps as this is not a native function of WooCommerce. Please reach out to one of those authors for assistance as we do not support 3rd party apps in this forum per guidelines. Only WooCommerce core.
