    Hi @rbdev

    Are you using the shortcode module to the [register_form] shortcode? Can you please try using the text/paragraph module instead? As RCP shortcode is more compatible with the paragraph/text editor module.

    If the issue persists, can you?try to run a plugin/theme conflict test on your website? Try to deactivate your plugins one by one until you find out which one is causing the issue.
    And try to switch to a default WordPress theme to see if this helps.
