Not receiving support forum email notifications for My Plugin

  • I keep missing support messages because I’m not being notified via email about them. Yes, I’ve checked SPAM. No, I’m not on Gmail. I am subscribed to my topics.

    I’ve seen several other messages for the same issue. Any way I can resolve this? I feel bad that it looks like I don’t answer my support messages!
