After upgrading to 1.5.8 I get the following error when loading a table

DataTables warning: table id=DataTables_Table_0 – Ajax error. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/7

I had to revert to 1.5.7 to get rid of it, please advise

    Hello @mohobook,

Thank you for using JustTables. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We’ve tried to replicate the error you’re facing with version 1.5.8 but have been unable to do so. According to the DataTables documentation, the issue seems to be related to an Ajax error. It’s possible that there was a temporary issue in your backend during the update process.

Could you please try updating the plugin to version 1.5.8 again? If the error persists, kindly let us know the details by creating a support ticket at https://portal.hasthemes.com/contact/. We are committed to working with you to provide a meaningful solution.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

    Best regards,
    Nazmul

Correction, I am not able to submit a support ticket because it assumes I have an account

I have updated the plugin and woocommerce to the latest versions and the error is visible when using Firefox, but not visible when using Chrome, when I first reported it, the error was visible in all browsers

Here is a screenshot of the error in Firefox, again, seems to be fine in Chrome

    Hello @mohobook,

Thank you for the detailed information.

At our end, we have tested using the latest version of WooCommerce, the latest version of JustTables, and the Firefox browser, but unfortunately, we could not replicate the issue. We are not dismissing your concern, but it appears to be an environment-specific issue, which requires further investigation.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the ticket submission process. Please visit https://portal.hasthemes.com/contact/, fill out the “General Questions” form, and submit it directly. We will get back to you as soon as possible. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.
