Can t insert text on 2 input fields

  • Good morning
    Customers on our site can choose whether to personalize their shirts with name and number.

    so there are 2 field to choose NAME and NUMBER.?

    immediately after choosing the shirt size they can only enter the text in one of the fields and not both, as it should be.

    if the customer then selects any other size then it works.

    I can’t understand what the problem is

    I also see that if logged in to the site the custom fields work immediately

    however, the problem arises from the incognito mode or as a guest customer

    ps. The weird thing is at first time it just let you choose one or another NOT BOTH (name and number)

    If you pick another size and try again than it works

    Can you help me please

    I am having this same issue on a client’s site. From inspecting the page, as soon as one item is entered, all the other input fields get the “disabled” attribute added in the DOM.

    I know that it is not another plugin causing the problem, because we rolled back to a version of YITH from December 2023 and it worked immediately.
