Click Chart doesn’t show

    Hi,

    It’s an interesting plugin, but I have a problem with the click Chart, in my case in the general view of the banner, I can see de number of impressions and number of clicks, but when I want to create a Chart report I can see the Impressions charts but in the case of clicks It is imposible to load the chart, Don’t show anything I don’t know where is the problem Can you help me please?

    Of Course,

    The first screenshoot is the general analitics, as you can see, the analytics take impressions and clicks well

    The second screenshoot relate with analitics overview, as you can see, It’s so strange that the number of clicks are 0 /0

    The third Screenshoot is analitics for clicks and impressions are activated

    The last Screenshoot is when I want a to take a chart Report of this Banner I Can see a Chart related with the impressions, But When I Create a Click Chart, This Don’t Load anything.

    yes, I found a couple of issues there and I’m working on that.

    @rubengsr91 We released a new version with analytics improvements. In the next few weeks, we will continue to enhance the analytics views with date ranges and additional features. In the meantime, please let me know if your issue has been resolved.

    Hello @gfazioli,

    Yes, now I can see the analyzes related to clicks and CTR, but the analyzes are about all Banners in general, I understand that in the next version we can see the analyzes of a banner related to the category and date range.
    We will continue waiting for the next version

    Hello @gfazioli,

    I have updated to the last version of the plugin (1.9.1) today, I have a problem with the analytics, When I go to the overview I can see the analyzes, but when I try to charge clicks or impresions I see the chart 1 second and then the chart disappears and I can’t see the chart.

    Can you help me ? I add some images, First I see the analyzes but a second later all disappears.
