    Buongiorno, nel sito del mio cliente che ha una licenza premium ho dovuto disattivare il plugin perchè ha creato problemi di visualizzazione del sito dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento. Se provo a riattivarlo appare un messaggio “il plugin non si può riattivare perchè genera un errore fatale” come posso risolvere il problema? Ho provato a inviare un ticket di assistenza ma non posso compilare il campo “MailPoet System Info” perchè non mi fa attivare il plugin. Cosa devo fare per risolvere il problema? Grazie

    We currently only offer support in English so I used Google Translate to understand your message. I hope that’s okay.

    I understand that MailPoet is causing a fatal error on your website after the last update, correct? We haven’t received similar reports and I can’t reproduce this on my test site.

    Could you please follow the instructions to re-install the plugin via FTP and let us know if it resolves the issue? This will ensure no plugin files are missing or corrupted.

    Don’t worry, you won’t lose any data from the plugin since it’s saved in your database, not the plugin files. However, whenever making any changes like this, we recommend making sure you have a full backup of the site just in case.
