• Hello, I’m having a issue with a multistep form which end with checkout stripe button. When I click on the button it shows sometimes “sending mail has been aborted” and some other “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

I’ve checked by disabling all the form plugin (Contact Form 7 Multi Step Pro, Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload – Contact Form 7) and the complianz plugin by letting only Contact Form 7 active.

With the send button the form works so I’m guessing something wrong with the stripe integration.

    May you help me?

Try switching to the default theme, deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7 and Site Kit by Google, and clearing all cache data.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.
