Dear Astra and Co.

We’ve been using Astra Pro on our 2 WP sites since their inception. We are very pleased with features, performance and service.

However, there is one other thing i’d like to mention. From time to time, we need some help with non-Astra anamolies. For example, just today i wished to remove a plugin and it would not remove in the normal way. In searching for a solution Astra popped up on my DuckDuckGo page and told me exactly how to do it and even recommended a plugin that would find and remove the databases attached to the errant plugin.

This is not the 1st time that Astra has helped me in a non-Astra situation. It is the 1st time that i’m thanking you for the help.
