    Thanks very much for helping me earlier with shortcodes / taxonomies

    I have created a notification email which goes to admin when a new listing is created, for their approval. It comes the link to the new listing, which is good.

    Can the admin also get some link in the same email when clicked allows them to login to the wordpress so that they can then manually approve the listing after seeing it is all legitimate?

    I can add a password free link in the email template but that may not be the best way forward, hence I thought if you have some ideas.

    Hi @chihi108,
    Thanks for your message.

    Yes, you can use the [edit_post] shortcode to add a link directly to edit the post in the WP Admin.
    If the user isn’t logged in, it’ll ask them to login first and should then redirect them.
