    Hi,

Could you please let us know if you are using the WCML plugin for setting prices in multiple currencies, or if you set the price in the main currency (EUR) and it is automatically converted to CZK?

Our plugin is designed to record product price changes in the main currency (EUR). When displaying prices in the secondary currency (CZK), it converts the recorded EUR price accordingly. For example, if the product price is 1 EUR, it will display as 25.15 CZK after conversion.

To better understand the issue, could you please describe a scenario where you encounter a problem with the automatic conversion? Specifically, we need the following details:

    • Your current setup
    • The current outcome you are experiencing
    • The desired outcome you are aiming for

    Thank you

We set prices in CZK manually, no auto conversion.

Currently it works ok for main currency EUR. For CZK it has no data in database, so it always displays lowest price equal to regular price.

Desired outcome is that it will handle each currency individually. It should record all currencies in database when they are manually set (not auto converted) and display them in Product Price History overview in product’s admin area.

    Hi,

Unfortunately, this is not possible with our current plugin. Our plugin tracks price changes that occur only within WooCommerce. Since you are manually changing prices for other currencies using a third-party plugin, we are unable to track those changes.

However, we appreciate your feedback and will consider including this feature in future releases of the plugin.

    Thank you for your understanding
