    Causes a problem: the ‘select all’ checkbox on lists on the backend when logged in no longer works when this plugin is active, eg, the list of plugins on the Plugin tab.

    I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing. However, it doesn’t seem like this issue is related to how our plugin functions.

    Have you confirmed if our plugin is causing this problem?

    Yes, because the problem disappears when your plugin is deactivated. There must be some kind of conflict in the code. No other single plugin we use has the same effect when deactivated.

    Sure, here you go. At the link are a Site Health report, and two screenshots, each showing the checkboxes for the Plugins tab, with the top “select all” checkbox checked. When Orbit Fox is active, the boxes in the list do not get checked as they should. When it is inactive, they do get checked.

    Thank you for sharing those. Now we were able to understand the issue you’ve reported.

    I’ve tried to replicate something similar on my site, but I wasn’t able to do that. It’s most likely a combo of Orbit Fox plus some of the plugins you have on your site. Do you think you could check that by enabling/disabling plugins in the Troubleshoot mode of the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ plugin?

    Okay, in Troubleshooting mode, it happens when both Orbit Fox Companion and Responsive Lightbox & Gallery (by?dFactory) are enabled.

    I have started a thread in their support section as well.

    I have discovered that it also happens when both BSK PDF and Responsive Lightbox & Gallery are enabled, with Orbit Fox disabled. Therefore, it seems the problem lies with Responsive Lightbox & Gallery, which has not been updated in four months. I have followed up with them, but have received no response. Thank you for being responsive.
