Not able create / edit post

  • Hi,

    I am not able to create any post or edit post.

    whenever i activate offload media plugin getting error in console.

    Error: Uncaught TypeError: wp.media is not a function

    Its happening since i have updated plugin to 3.2.8 version.

    I tried with rollback as well but not possible.

    This seems to be the first time we received this report. Could you please let us know whether you’re still unable to create or edit a post even with WP Offload Media deactivated? Or does it only happen with WP Offload Media activated?

    That said, one possible cause of this is plugin or theme conflict.

    Would you mind trying to deactivate all plugins except WP Offload Media and temporarily switch to a default theme and see if the issue gets resolved. If it does, please activate the plugins one by one to identify which plugin or theme is causing the conflict.

    If the conflict test did not resolve the issue, would you be able to send us the debugging information from the Support tab on the site you’re having trouble with?

    1. Go to the Support tab of your install
    2. Scroll down to the “Diagnostic Info”
    3. Please copy the info and share it here, or provide the URL if you upload the info on a site
