Payment: Something went wrong. Forminator/Stripe

    This is a Password protected page since I own a Private Social Club. On the page members are able to pay for their ticket to my next private dinner and check out. It’s working well for everyone except one person. She has been able to sign up for my monthly membership through a link that led directly to Stripe but for some reason keeps getting the “Something Went Wrong” error message when trying to check out on my website pages which uses a Forminator Plug-in. I’ve checked with Stripe and they say she’s good on their end. So it appears to a Forminator issue.

    Please help!

    Hello @mmcfann1,

    I hope you’re doing good today!

    Could you please export the form, and send the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox, Pastebin.com, or a similar cloud service.

    In order to remove any sensitive info, you can duplicate the form, and remove the data from the duplicated copy before exporting it.
