New orders go to “On Hold” instead of “Processing”

We use Woocommerce with Klarna Checkout, and as of ~July 8th new orders go to On Hold-status and this error that suggests that there’s suddenly something wrong with Table Rate Shipping-plugin:
A mismatch between the WooCommerce and Klarna orders was identified. Please verify the order in the Klarna merchant portal before processing. The shipping method does not match between the WooCommerce and Klarna orders. Expected “jem_table_rate_4_postipaketti” found “jem_table_rate:4”. . Order changed from Pending to On Hold.I have used your plugin to create a 3-tier shipping fee based on the order total amount and it’s been working great until now. Do you have ideas what could be the cause? Plugin version is 2.29, all other plugins (Woocommerce + Klarna Checkout + Klarna Order Management) are up to date as well. I asked Klarna support and they suggested to update the plugins but this error remains. Thanks!
