    Hello

Just been testing out your plugin for use with our new UPS account and its not returning negotiated rates for the Access point drop off shipping options. Our rates are fine with the normal shipping options.

    Cheers
    Matt

    Hi @mookie4a4
Thank you for reaching out to us.

Please bear in mind that the negotiated rates are connected to the UPS account. It means that if your UPS agreement doesn’t include assigning the discounted rates to your account or the checkbox Negotiated Rates in the method settings is not selected, the standard rates will be used by default.

    Kind regards,

The negotiated?rates are working fine for shipping to the customers address. They just are not applying to the drop off location.
A shipment to New York is £16 but drop off location option is £120
One has our rates and the other does not.

    Hi @mookie4a4
    Thank you for the message.

Please enable the UPS plugin’s Debug mode?by ticking its checkbox at Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping > UPS Live Rates > Enable debug mode and save the changes with the button at the bottom of the screen.?Once it’s enabled, please reach the shop’s front, add the product to the cart and enter the shipping destination address.

You will see the debug mode’s custom notices on the blue background at the top of the cart / checkout page. Use the Copy Content to clipboard button here for both – UPS API Request and UPS API Response sections:

    Hello

I copied the request JSON and ran it through the API directly and can see that UPS is giving us back bad NegotiatedRateCharges for when “AlternateDeliveryAddress” is set. I will have to speak to our account manager about this.
Thanks for your help! It’s not your plugin at fault.

    Cheers
    Matt
