    When the Status is changed to “Pending”, “Cancelled”, or “Failed” all courses, lessons, quizzes, and other progress are deleted!

    How could be solved this issue

    To clarify, in LearnPress, users are only granted access to courses when their order status is set to “Completed.” This is to ensure that access is only given once the payment has been fully processed.

    When the order status is changed to “Pending,” “Cancelled,” or “Failed,” all associated courses, lessons, quizzes, and other progress are indeed reset. This is the default behavior to prevent unauthorized access to course content.

    Could you please provide more details on why you need to change the order status to “Pending,” “Cancelled,” or “Failed” while still wanting to retain the user’s course progress? Understanding your specific use case will help us provide a more tailored solution.
