I added two containers, the shopping cart table is placed on the left and the shopping cart total is placed on the right. There is a blank part between the shopping cart table and the shopping cart total. How can I fill this part of the shopping cart table completely? There is still a blank part. I can’t add a container alone. Also, the button marked with an arrow is not in the same row. How can I move it to a row?

Also, I installed the Discount Rules plug-in, and I also set up this discount, but it doesn’t seem to be associated with the shopping cart widget. How is this associated with your shopping cart?

    Hi jianping cheng,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I apologize for the delayed response.

In our development environment, the ShopEngine Cart template is working perfectly. Please refer to the video. Could you please check if your page layout is set to ‘Elementor Full Width‘? If it is set correctly but the issue still persists, I recommend conducting a conflict test to determine if the issue is due to an environmental conflict.

    To perform a conflict test:

    • Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, Elementor, and ShopEngine.
    • Reactivate the plugins one by one.
    • Change the theme to the default Twenty Twenty or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is resolved.

Additionally, ShopEngine offers prebuilt templates that you can select and edit. This might help you resolve the issue more efficiently.

Regarding your question about the Discount Rules plugin, it should work with our shopping cart widget without any issues. However, if you encounter any problems, please share the details of the discount plugin you are using. I’ll check it and try to provide a solution more quickly.

    Regards
    Ikbal
