Custom Fields section isnt even there

Sorry about the double post, but what I mean is that I dont have an option to add a custom field.

WHat version of WP?
Try the default theme.
Try disabling Plugins.

WP – 3.0.1
Tried the default theme and its still the same.
I dont have any extra plugins installed
Help ??

You do have at least one plugin and maybe more. COnflicts with plugins are common, so first thing is to try disabling them. Otherwise could be chasing in the wrong direction.
WOuld check Permissions on directories.
