    Hello there!

    Following this topic I changed Cookie Yes configuration. I disabled the CookieYes CMP tag via GTM and edited the header code according to your documentation.
    Something even weirder happened after:

    • when Cookie Yes plugin is active website still doesn’t work as it should (Slider Revolution and javascripts blocked, etc.);
    • when Cookie Yes plugin is not active new users still get the cookie banner;
    • in the dashboard, when Cookie Yes plugin is active, I get a black page going to the Cookie Yes tab (see image below) but I still can use Cookie Yes web app;
    • after accepting cookies from the banner, whether with the plugin active or not, there is never a button at the bottom of the page to review consent.

    I really like your plugin and I use it on several websites but in this case I will be forced to remove it if we don’t find a solution, the staff who take care of the Google Ads campaigns uses GTM4WP plugin for tracking activities and it cannot be changed.

    Regards.

    Hi @yodastudio,

    Greetings from CookieYes!

    Please check the status of the plugin page after clearing the cache. If the issue persists, please share the console errors on the plugin page and the error logs.

    We suspect you haven’t published the changes in GTM after removing the CookieYes CMP tag. Please publish the changes in GTM, clear the server-side cache, and let us know the status.

    To enable the Revisit Consent Button, visit the CookieYes web app, go to Cookie Banner > Content > Revisit Consent Button, and enable the Floating button option.

    Hello there and thanks for answering.

    You were right, CookieYes CMP tag is still active, I asked the guys who handle the Google activities to delete or pause it, I can check about it next week.
    Revisit Consent Button is back and I still have the problem with the plugin page even if I cleared the cache several times.
    Below there are the console errors, no error logs generated.

    Regards.

    Hi @yodastudio,

    It seems like you have renamed our plugin folder. Please revert it to “cookie-law-info” and check the status. If the issue persists, please check for any conflict with other plugins and themes active on your site and share your site health information so that we can replicate this issue in our test environment. You can share it privately via this link.

    Hello there!

    Now it works. In most of my websites I use a plugin who changes all the WP and plugins urls in order to increase security but it’s pretty weird this is the first time I have this problem.
    Anyway, now I have the solution.
    As soon as I have news about Google Tag Manager I’ll write you again.

    Regards.
