I saw this in the changelog:

    Version 4.7.11 (2024-07-10)

    • Migrated to the new Page Rules

I read that as you are going from ‘page rules’ to ‘cache rules’, is this correct?

If so, is there something I need to do to make this happen? All my sites are still using the old ‘cache everything’ page rule.

Yah! It’s “Cache Rule”. It was a typo from the dev team who pushed the release.

    Ok.

You did not answer the most important part, is there something I need to do to make this change happen on existing installs? All my sites are still using the old ‘cache everything’ page rule.

Yes. The Page Rules are being deprecated by Cloudflare. So, yes you need to make this change to your old sites to migrate to Cache Rules.

A few days ago I installed Super Page Cache for Cloudflare to improve TTFB but I see the status DYNAMIC instead of HIT. Do you know what may cause the issue?

Looking at the response header, it seems something is wrong on the Cloudflare cache rule side. Please check the cache rule created by the plugin if it properly sets the hostname of your website.

Thank you for your response. The plugin doesn’t create automatically cache rule but when we add cache everything manually we got the status HIT. Is it ok to use the plugin with cache everything that we created because plugin didn’t to that automatically?

What is the main difference between getting a HIT when the Cloudflare page rule is manually enabled versus getting a HIT from the CF cache when the page rule is created by the plugin?
