Exception on return days

    Hello,

    Is it possible to have two options for the return days:

    • For food: no option to return the goods
    • For non-food: the default of 14 days

    If so, how do I implement that?

    Hello,

    thanks for your message.

    Unfortunately at the moment there’s not the possibility to choose two different options for the “refund period in days”, what you could do is to customize the document yourself after finishing the setup as suggested in this guide https://complianz.io/editing-terms-conditions/.

    This way you’ll be able to manually add what you prefer.
