Review count is not updating on front-end while in the backend the review is up to date. Why is this

@kennypurnomo If you’re using page caching the front-end may have a slightly older version of the page rather than using the current review count. It will be a balance between performance and accuracy.

There is a “Clear Cache” function in the Advanced section, but this is unlikely to help if the Dashboard’s review count is already current.

Does clearing the page cache work for you?

i have to clear plugin cache via your plugin tab. it worked now but it is cumbersome to always click it manually

@kennypurnomo Is it just the plugin’s cache that results in the proper count on your website? If you’re seeing the correct count in the Dashboard, this should be applying to the public view.

There is some limited caching to improve performance, but this data should be refreshed quite frequently.

In the meantime, I’ll look at what else I can do to improve its “freshness” so you don’t need to press this button each time you get a new review.
