    Hi @zerojjc,

Thank you for getting in touch here, I am very sorry to hear you did not receive a response after opening a support ticket. I’ve asked someone from my team to look into this.

In the meantime, I’ll do my best to assist you here. I’ve had a look at the site and I can see the reason the zoom level is being ignored, it seems your map settings are not being served on the frontend of the site, which means the system is reverting to it’s default starting location and zoom level.

I’d like to set up a direct line of communication with you so that we can discuss this a bit further and get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to share email addresses on these threads.

Could I ask you to open a thread here: https://www.wpgmaps.com/forums/ – And link to this thread asking for my direct email address. I’ve asked the team who handle those forums to relay my contact info to you promptly when received. Alternatively, you can also mark you message as private on those forums and share your email address with me there.

Once we have a means of communicating directly, I’ll get this all up and running for you. I’m confident we can get this resolved. ??

Just a little update for anyone else experiencing similar issues. We solved this issue by working with @zerojjc directly.

We started by updating the plugin, to ensure the latest changes were applied. From here, we found the issue was with the theme attached to the map being corrupted.

To solve this, Edit your map > Navigate to the themes tab > Set your map theme to the default map theme (the first preset) > Save your map.

This regenerates the theme data, allowing it to work as expected. After this is done, you can restore your custom theme, or preset as preferred.

    ??
