Installing WordPress and sharing link with other users for development

    Hi. I have downloaded and installed WordPress with MAMP and phpmyadmin. I want to add another user – which I know how to do through the wordpress dashboard. My problem is she doesn’t receive the link and can’t open the link. This is because the current link is starting with ‘localhost’. I have bought a domain already but it is not set up for hosting yet. I don’t want to use this domain yet until I have it hosted.

    My confusion is how do I change my ‘localhost’ link to another URL so that it can be shared with my colleague to do simultaneous development? If so, what URL can I change it to?
