Connection with Mailchimp

    I am having issues conecting Mailchimp with WP Mail SMTP.

    I have following your guide: https://wpmailsmtp.com/how-to-use-wp-mail-smtp-with-mailchimp/

    But I don’t receive the emails yet. If I try with another SMTP as Sendgrid it works well.

    Do I need to authenticate the domain in Maildrill and also in Mailchimp?

    The email from where I send the emails is: [email protected]

    Do I need to autenticate contacto.bcdtravel.es or bcd.travel.es?

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from?WP Mail SMTP?>?Tools?

    Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log:?https://a.supportally.com/i/CUbZck.?This will give us an idea of what might be going on.

    Also I don’t see that option you are showing “View Full Error Log”

    It doesn’t show any error. The operation is successfull hoewer I don’t receive the test email.
