As a new user of Profilepress, I have found the support team very quick to respond to a myriad of questions that I recently submitted. From an issue that needed developers to create a fix (to make Profilepress more compatible with Uncode) to questions that were actually already answered in their documentation, each issue was responded to, in minutes to a few hours, and all satisfactorily.
