• After i upgraded the albums wont open… ( se link ). i can search ( aukra feks) to find images, but non of the albums opens like before.. i use elementor and tried to turn off chache

    Upon checking, it seems to be an issue from the Elementor plugin rather than the NextGEN Gallery. Could you please try once deactivating the Element Cache on Elementor plugin settings and check if it helps you or not!

    In-order to do so, navigate to Elementor > Settings > Features > Element Cache. Deactivate the cache that might resolve the issue.

    I tried. Set it to “inactive”.. same problem

    I suspect one of the plugins you’re using might be causing the problem, so please try deactivating all the plugins one by one and check if the problem resolves.

    If the problem is solved, then, it was caused by one of your plugins. Please reactivate one by one and check after each to find the one causing the problem.

    Deactivate all plugins, altso elementor. Same problem..

    The www.ads-software.com forum is moderated by volunteers and as volunteers do not have access to the paid products, they recommend reaching out to the authors of the code, as the issues you are having involve paid gated features, it is better to avoid mixing it with the features of a free plugin or theme.
