Got Connection timed out when send email

    I use google mail and app passwords to setting POST SMTP,
    and it show “Post SMTP has been authenticated by the “Login” of the host smtp.gmail.com:587 and will send the email using the ??SMTPS protocol.”
    but when I send a test email, only get Connection timed out, didnt have other message,
    How can I fix this problem?

    It appears that the initial configuration used the “Other SMTP” option, which caused the error message. To configure Post SMTP with Gmail, please ensure you use the Gmail API and select the Gmail socket. For detailed, step-by-step instructions, please refer to our documentation.
