How to rename the TAX text from VAT to GST

I am trying to rename the VAT text to GST with Woocommerce.
As suggested in a previous thread, nothing worked here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/change-vat-text-in-invoice/
- Creating a new tax class and changing the tax name to GST worked, but it isn’t reflected under the invoice. The invoice only shows including VAT. Any help?
2. The recommended plugin in the previous thread is outdated and unmaintained: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/rename-vat-to-gst-for-woocommerce/
3. The WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin is awesome in customizing the invoices at no cost, but even that did not worked in changing the tax name from VAT to GST.
