Only thumbnail shortcode works

    Hello,

    I’ve used this plugin before and works really well. Now I’m having an issue that only if I use de thumb version of shortcode it works.

    If I just use [dflip id=”4715″ ][/dflip] – Nothing Happens.

    Hi,

    Looking at your site. The flipbook is there but is hidden due to Elementor layout structure. It is forcing 0 width to the container so flipbook is also 0. The flex layout is causing that., removing the flex, the flipbook appeared.

    Can you try adding any text besides the shortcode. Will that be displayed.

    Or try keeping shortcode in normal container.
