Download or export of submissions from same day not possible

    Hi, we noticed that when downloading all submissions or bulk exporting, it is not possible to get the submissions of the same day. We can export them individually, but that is not helping very much. Any Ideas on how to fix that so we can download all submissions, including the ones from the same day?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the delay. I’ve tried to reproduce the issue by downloading “Download All Submissions“, but it’s working fine on my end. I have all submissions, including those from the current date or the same day, in my CSV file, as shown in the screenshot below.

    But I was able to reproduce the issue when I tried the “Bulk From Exports“. To resolve the issue, select the latest date as one day ahead of the current date. For me, it was the 4th of August, but I selected the 5th of August, and it worked, as shown in the screen recording below.
