• Hello, what kind of support do you get? Looking to leave UseProof.com for more of a Woocommerce integration. The odd thing is you have tons of reviews all from the same exact timeframe 4 years ago. This is the same way on all review platforms for this plugin and no recent reviews within years.

    Hoping to see if youre all still active before signing up.

    I signed up for a plan. I couldn’t find support or contact pages. Do you do that all here?

    I have a question about the maps. There is an option to make up a name incase the person has their name anonymous. The issue is the map will show a random location like Japan. We are a California only company. Is there a way to make those not do that?

    Hi,

    In the dashboard you have several options of contacting support, see screenshots attached below.

    Regarding the maps – you can filter out events from countries that you don’t want to show. Since location is based on Geo-IP it’s not always accurate and you might also have users outside your geo zone submit forms on your website, see this guide for details:
