Share some settings in a block between all uses

Hi,
I’m building a footer for a block theme, that has settings for a logo and a background color.
The background color is different for each template that uses the footer, but the logos are the same.

Right now, I have to specify both the logo and background color of the block in each template. I could solve this by creating a template part for the footer, and add the template part to each template instead. But that means that I can’t set the background color individually for each template.

My question is therefore: Is it possible to share the settings for the logo between all templates, but specify the background color individually?
