Feedback on ThemeForest themes for WC

    I’ve been checking out a few themes on the ThemeForest website and wanted to ask if anyone has used any and how is the support?

    Years ago, maybe 6 or 7, I tried to use one and the support was horrible (nonexistent) and I gave up and went right to a different theme. They do have some nice themes but I feel like buying a theme then having nothing but issues is a PITA, especially on a live site.

    Most theme changes can be done in a day or two for the most part if all you have to do is edit some CSS and make the product images match the new theme. Maybe the theme support varies from dev to dev.

    Anyway, has anyone tried any of the themes on TF?

  • ThemeForest is a marketplace for various commercial themes. These are also placed there by various people or companies. One way to distinguish their quality is to look at the ratings. As we do not support commercial products here in the forum, we cannot give you any more precise tips.

    My recommendation would be, if you are unsure about the support, to look for a free theme here. There you might also get support from a community. The current standard theme TwentyTwentyFour would definitely be recommended in this regard, as many people work with it and there are also a lot of instructions and videos about it.
