    We are having issues with Kadence in association with “WooCommerce Subscriptions” (by Woocommerce).

    The plugin adds in emails, after the order table, a second table with the suscribed services recap, and despite our site and all configurations are set in italian, and Woocommerce Subscriptions includes a complete italian translation, effective on all site sections, in emails that chunk remains in english.

    I got in touch with WooCommerce Subscriptions assistance, did all check on settings, and everything was fine.. it looks like the issue depends on “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer” as when I disabled it and placed a new order, subscriptions section in emails was properly in italian…

    Next I did what follow (following a suggestion by woocommerce):

    • enabled? again “Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer”
    • deleted all logs from? WooCommerce > Status > Logs
    • buy again a subscription product
    • received the mixed-language email
    • went back to logs, only “woocommerce-gateway-stripe-2024-08-02” present, with no error

    Is there anything I am doing wrong? Is there some configuration, or workaround I can put in place?

    We would like to assist you on that.

    What plugin are you using for translations? When you translate, are you using the text domain text domain kadence-woocommerce-email-designer?

    Email customizations are limited only to the core transactional WooCommerce email templates. I believe this is where the issue stems from.
