• I embedded audio content, but it’s prematurely stopping after two minutes, and starting from the beginning, instead of playing through the entire 15-minute duration.

    Hi wphyp,

You can refer to this article for guidance on how to embed audio content into a lesson. This will help you embed the audio so that students can listen to it directly on the lesson page.

I have tested many different mp3 files. The issue exists with any mp3 file that is embedded into a WordPress page or post.

    Hi wphyp,

Thank you for your response. We have tested a 1-hour .mp3 file and found that it continues to play past 2 minutes without issues. We used LearnPress version 4.2.6.9.3 and the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme.

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Disable all plugins except LearnPress.
    2. Switch to the default Twenty Twenty-Four theme.
    3. Test the audio playback again.

If the issue persists, try embedding the audio into a regular blog post and check if the problem still occurs. If the audio plays correctly in the blog post but not in the LearnPress lesson, please let us know, and we will investigate further.

    Best regards,
