    What is going on with WP Extended. I went to login only to be told I’m using the wrong password (which I am not) I then get instructions to reset my password and to follow a link in an email. Upon trying this is still didn’t work and I’m now locked out of my PAID account! It’s bad enough this plugin has plenty of bugs but now I cannot even access my account. Please sort this out guys. Am I correct in assuming you offer money back as I’m seriously starting to have regrets?

    Hi Andy,

    Thank you for reaching out, we had noticed there was some activity with attempting to login and password changes on your account, our security plugin has automatically locked the account due to the several attempts at trying to login. We have manually lifted this block, can you please try to login again?

    We have been actively communicating with you in regards to the bugs that appear within LearnDash when our plugin is enabled and are addressing them and looking to push them out in the next update due early next week.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please attempt to login again and if you still encounter problems, can we ask as a Pro customer to reach out to [email protected] for faster support response time.

    I tried numerous times to reset my password but every time I chose a new one and then went to login kept getting – ‘wrong password’ Furthermore when I click on ‘info’ to learn about the modules there are quite a few blank pages with ‘coming soon’ Any idea of the timeline to get more information?

    If you are able to please try again, also as a Pro customer please do reach out to us over at [email protected] for any queries or concerns as we can support you a lot faster. We are due to release more documentation in the very, very near future as we are actively writing it, we are going to be publishing documentation alongside future feature releases as they happen.
