I keep having an issue with Jetpack and my website. Items will not show on my site and I get an error message. If I disconnect and reconnect Jetpack items will be restored and things will be fine. Today all of my items are missing and I got the same message but it will not allow me to disconnect. I have deactivated, deleted and reinstalled Jetpack. That did not work and my items are still not showing on my site. I’m not really sure what is causing this issue or how to fix it.

I am also getting message stating that Jetpack cannot load purchasing info.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hello there – when you mentioned “items” may we know what you are referring to? Do you mean Jetpack feature options?

I found, while your site is publicly accessible, and XML-RPC file is also working: https://www.example.com/wp-lib/xmlrpc.php [replace example.com with your site address], but for some reason, Jetpack is not able to make XML-RPC request on your site. This file is used by Jetpack and other plugins and apps to connect to your site. If you want to know details about XML-RPC and how it helps Jetpack, you can check our detailed guide here:

Can you please contact your hosting provider and check if they are blocking access to this file for Jetpack?

If you’re unsure about this, you may contact your hosting provider; they should be able to help you with this. Once we are able to access your site’s?xmlrpc.php file, you should be able to connect Jetpack to?https://wordpress.com.

Let me know how it goes!

    Hi @cameron1975,

Do you have updates about that, do you still need help? We usually close inactive threads after one week of no movement, but we want to make sure we’re all set before marking it as solved. Thanks!
