Numbers missing in Easy Table of Contents 2.0.68.1

    Hi,

    I have updated from 2.0.67.1 to 2.0.68.1 and now I cant see decimal numbers in my ez-toc list. I dont have automatic insert, i insert it with [ez-toc] shortcode.

    If I roll back to 2.0.67.1 I can see numbers again.
