Store Plugin with form submission, no payments.

  • I have a client that wants an online store, but she doesn’t want to take the payments online. She just wants the shopping cart to send her an email with the customer’s info and the order info. She is a small home based business and only gets about 1 order or so a month through her current site. Hopefully her new site will get more, but until it becomes a burden she’s willing to just handle the 1 transaction per month manually.

    Any of the ecommerce/webstore plugins you guys recommend for this situation?

    Try looking at Tribulant Software’s WordPress Plugin called Checkout. That is the one I settled on. It is pretty nice and has the ability to do what I wanted plus you’ll be able to take cards if you wish later on.

    It costs a bit of money, but worth every penny. Its $55, but if you email them they’ll probably send you a code for 10% off.

    If you have any questions just ask, plus their support is pretty good as well. Sometimes it takes a day but they are in South Africa, so its understandable. But their answers are always complete and informative.
