Blank Reset Password Emails

To help us identify the cause, could you please let us know if you have enabled the ‘Reset Password’ feature in LearnPress as shown in this screenshot?

This will help us better understand the situation and provide a solution.

Hello – no I have never used the LearnPress reset password feature or email. It has always been WordPress default. I currently have LearnPress disabled as when activated my users are unable to reset passwords.

I have attempted to activate the previously mentioned feature temporarily to test if passwords can be reset but alas the emails remain blank. Thank you

Seems this issue is in Learnpress since Jun,24. I have latest version of Learnpress. We are happily using Learnpress since long. Thanks to you and your team for wonderful plugin.

Please look into issue , our users are facing issue because of this.

We have identified the issue you’re experiencing with the blank ‘Password Reset’ emails when LearnPress is activated. We’re currently working on a fix for this issue and will provide a beta version of LearnPress that addresses this problem as soon as possible.

Once the beta version is available, we’ll share it with you for testing to ensure the issue is resolved.

Should I start a new thread to insure a reply, or will the patch be sent out in the beta version to everyone?

I have uploaded the beta plugin you have provided above, and the issue does now seem to be resolved, the standard WordPress password reset emails are now sending, and they are no longer blank.
