I can access your link without any problems, so it is definitely public. If you see the “Private” feature in front of the title, then you have set the page to private yourself when editing it and WordPress has added this in front of the page title – only visible to you. As soon as you click on publish again, the page is public again. When editing, just make sure not to save the page as a draft and it will always remain publicly accessible.
Just a note: your contact widget at the bottom right prevents you from agreeing to the cookie consent tool. You would have to position one of them differently.
