    Why are my media uploads (PDFs specifically) showing in google search results? I have it toggled OFF in Yoast settings. I do not have a premium account, but I don’t know if that makes a difference.

    Hello @piyad,

    Thanks for reaching out about your media files.

    Individual media files, like PDFs, cannot be?set to noindex using our plugin because when you directly access these PDF files, they are not served through WordPress.

    Look into using the X-Robots-Tag. These tags need to be added to your server configuration. As the tags vary depending on your server, please check the article:?https://yoast.com/x-robots-tag-play/?and identify the relevant tag you need.

    Where would I need to add the x-robots-tag? Is it not in wordpress?
